1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and fortuna ("Company", "us", "we"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by fortuna under the domain fortuna.vin.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing our website, or using any Fortuna service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the fortuna platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• A Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident in Malaysia.

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never had an account terminated by fortuna for fraud or prior violation of terms.

Fortuna reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you fail to verify your eligibility within the specified period, Fortuna reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any remaining funds until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at fortuna. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any wins or fund balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport.
• Valid Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or passport number.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• Exact date of birth.

Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms. fortuna reserves the right to request verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members. Fortuna shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 20 for most payment methods.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9. Liability Limits

Fortuna's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure & Termination

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Valid remaining funds will be returned to the original payment method within seven (7) business days after identity verification is complete.
